Do you have all the Diagnostic Equipment for Land Rovers and Jaguars?
Yes and all our diagnostic systems are updated on a regular basis
What spares do you use?
We only use spares from Land Rover and Jaguar supplies that we find acceptable. They are either genuine spares or we may purchase from a supply other than the agents that import them directly from the UK. Most spares carry a 12 month or 6 month guarantee.
How long does a service take?
These should be ready in a day if no extra work is needed.
How do we contact Paul for advice?
Paul is always inundated with questions for help. If he does not help you at the time please send a message and he will get back to you at a later stage when he has time.
What are The Centre’s working hours?
Monday to Thursday 7h30 till 17h00 and Fridays 7h30 till 16h00
How do you go about booking in a vehicle?
Call 031-3378521/2 and we will arrange everything. We need about 3 to 4 days’ notice for Bookings.
Do you have all the Diagnostic Equipment for Land Roves and Jaguars?
Yes and all our Diagnostic Machines are updated and current.
What else is The Centre known as?
The Company name is Executive Restorations cc T/A The Centre. We were previously known as the Jaguar and Land Rover Centre but we were forced to Change our name by Land Rover and Jaguar themselves thus now known as The Centre!
Are you RMI approved?
Yes we are approved by the RMI
What engine oil do you use?
We use 10W40 Semi-Synthetic Engine Oil.
What are your payment terms?
We are a family business and we do not offer any finance. The Vehicle will be paid in full on collection or the Vehicle will not be released. Payments are accepted with Credit Cards, Cash and Direct Deposits. We will release the Vehicle on confirmation of payment if a Direct Transfer has been made, proof of payment must be confirmed.
Are there any charges for late collection of a vehicle?
If a Vehicle is not collected after 5 days of the Vehicle being ready Storage Charges will be added to the Invoice.
